Chef Rusty Hamlin is a master of his craft and this dish certainly proves that. One helping was not enough, as this tender, melt in your mouth pork had us coming back for more. The pork shoulder was marinated in a fermented Korean chili base and served with a green mango kimchi and a crispy wonton.
