Festival Foodie: Las Vegas Eats, The String Cheese Incident’s March Madness Tour

Hash House A Go Go
Festival Foodie Rating: forkforkfork

Heavy, overdone, over piled, messy…too much. This HH Original Farm Benedict (smoked bacon, tomato, spinach, roasted red pepper cream, topped with two basted eggs, served over a fresh split biscuit and griddles mashed potatoes) sound great on paper, but it is certainly not for the faint of heart. The combination of flavors all seemed to work, but it was a little much for an early brunch entree. On a positive note, they make one hell of a Bloody Mary- we highly recommend ordering one of those bad boys while waiting for a table.
