The Austin Beer Garden Brewing Company (ABGB)’s Stuffed Quail

This stuffed quail with wild boar, sautéed onions, farro, and black pepper bacon is definitely not something that comes to mind when thinking about food at SXSW. The boar and farro closely resembled the taste and spice of chorizo. This dish was unlike anything we have had before and this petite bird left us wanting more.
