A nice break in the day came after wandering into SXSW’s Southbites Trailerpark. Surrounded by numerous local food trucks sat Avocados from Mexico’s SXSW headquarters. Their free guacamole bar included toppings of jalapeños, bacon, cranberries, corn, queso fresco, and mango. With your choice of chips or carrots (like there really is a choice) it was time to dip in.
